Once again my friend Larry Gaian has thrown down the gauntlet. Larry is the man that coined the name MOINK Ball to describe a frozen meatball that is wrapped in bacon and then smoked on a BBQ for a n hour or two, dipped in BBQ sauce, grilled and served.
The idea behind this challenge is to show that MOINK Balls aren’t just an appetizer anymore!
Larry is asking for all of us BBQ’ers to come up with a recipe that uses MOINKS as a main ingredient in a dish.
