What a great year 2011 was for Ribfests in Ontario!

I was fortunate to have attended 14 Ribfests in 2011 out of the over 40 that are listed below. For the most part the weather was great this year and attendance was super.

I can not wait for the 2012 season.

From May til September Ontario has RibFests happening almost every weekend on my blog you will find that I will attend many of the events or at least as many as I am able, and I will post links to the reviews that I write about them.

I produced this list exhausting many hours of research to give to you a quick reference tool where I will post information for the where and whens of Ribfests throughout the province.

Ribfests offer not only great tasting Ribs, but also many other fine BBQ’d foods such as Pulled Pork, Chicken and sometimes Brisket.

You can also get great festival items like Deep Fried Mars Bars, Corn on the cob and Funnel cakes. But it is not just food. There is Live entertainment on the stage and midways for the kids and all kinds of other vendors to visit.
