Sometimes some of my fellow writers come up with a post that I find really interesting, is valuable information or just plain fun to read or see.
I am so lucky to be friends with these people and I learn from them every day and I hope that it will make me a better writer.
Here are a few examples of their work, Do them a favour and have a look at their work.
First up is Richard Wachtel who on twitter is known as @GrillingwRich and has a facebook page for his website Grilling with Rich that is really gathering steam as website that does sauce reviews, and a very popular “Meet the Pros” Interview every week. Rich recently made me jealous by being able to go to the Memphis in May BBQ Comp in Tennessee.

Next Let me introduce you to my friend Doug Francis @HogsGoneWildBBQ of the Pro BBQ team Hogs Gone Wild in Lakeland, Florida
Doug is also on twitter and loves to talk BBQ. I met him at the Pigfest in Lakeland along with the rest of his family. He writes a column once in a while for a website called Huck’s Hut which is a Father/Son run site that is great read.
In this article Doug shows us how he prepares Chicken Thighs for competition with some great tips for even us back-yarders.
Finally I want to direct you to a website that is run by a very unlikely pair A woman named Hanneke Eerden @hanneke158 from the Netherlands and Frank the Burgerman @Grilliantideas from California who joined up to produce a website called BarBQ Boozers where they combine BBQ recipes that include Booze in the ingredients. but they also have a lot of fun and on this particular page of their site I saw a funny you tube video named “A little lesson” in which a stand-up comedian tells us how your stomach reacts to different drinks get invited to his party, I had a real good laugh at that (just scroll down til you find it, but look at the other stuff too some good fun!, and then go to the other pages to look around.)
There are many other friends and sites I could list here but I do not want to over load you all at once, I will do this every once in a while with other great friends.
